Meditation itself is not that difficult, to find a technique and tradition that works for you is - believe or not - the simplest part. What is more challenging is to establish a daily practice. Think of it like exercising; to learn how to run or swim is not that hard, but - for most of us - doing it on a regular basis is usually the tricky bit!
